Refund policy
At ZyraFlash.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return/refund process.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
You can request a return if the product meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Proof of purchase/order ID is available
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
All return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive the returned product and complete the quality check, we will process your refund.
✅ Refund Processing Time: 48 hours after the return is approved and verified.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Note: After refund processing, your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are applicable in cases such as:
Size issue (if applicable)
Wrong item received
Damaged/defective item
Exchange will be processed after product pickup/verification or based on case approval.
If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Defective
Missing parts
Wrong product delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging/tags
Products returned after 7 days
Gift cards (if applicable)
Personal hygiene items (if applicable)
Innerwear, cosmetics, or personal care products (if applicable)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

8. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, defective item, damaged item), return shipping will be free.
If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size chosen, no longer needed, etc.), the customer may need to pay the return shipping charges.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
